You may request a return if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
The product is different from what was ordered (wrong item, incorrect specifications).
The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
Please note:
Products must be returned within 2~3 days of delivery unless otherwise specified.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized items, or services.
To initiate a return:
Log in to your SellMisto account.
Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
Click “Request Return” and choose the reason for the return.
Follow the instructions provided for shipment or pickup of the product.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your return request will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds may be issued in the following ways:
Original Payment Method – Amount is refunded to the card, bank account, or wallet used for purchase.
SellMisto Wallet – Refunds may be credited to your SellMisto Wallet for future purchases.
Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Report it immediately through your account or contact our customer support.
SellMisto may arrange replacement, repair, or full refund depending on availability and product type.
All shipping costs for replacements or returns due to SellMisto errors are covered by us.
Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging (if applicable) for returns.
Provide accurate information while requesting a return or refund.
Cooperate with SellMisto or logistics partners for pickup or delivery of the return.
Certain items are non-returnable:
Digital products, software, or services once delivered.
Perishable goods, food, or consumables.
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
